On Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 5:00pm at New York City College of Technology, 300 Jay Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Atrium Auditorium, there will be a repeat screening of the documentary that my wife Joni and I co-produced and our Godson, Richard Osborne-Morse filmed and edited,
"A New Normal: Young Men of Color, Trauma and Engagement in Learning"- a documentary for faculty, counselors, students and all those who care about America's young men.
Below is a link to the documentary's Facebook page, and several brief articles about recent screenings in NYC and at a national conference in Orlando, FL, and a news release about its premier last February.
We hope, if you live locally, you will attend and participate on 11/14. It would be wonderful to see you there! The doors open at 4:30pm, Program begins at 5:00pm with Introduction and Screening, followed by large group discussion and refreshments, concluding by 6:45pm.
